The article defines the concepts of «pedagogical support» and «facilitation» in a broad, narrow, local, unified sense of constructing determinants. It refines the concepts of a broad, local, narrow, unified meaning in the structure of the realization of the ideas of modern pedagogical methodology. The study features the models of the connection between the concepts of «pedagogical support» and «facilitation» in the structure of the realization of the ideas of humanism, the age-appropriate, cultural relevance, the systematic character of determination and the use of scientific knowledge in pedagogy. The success of the solution of the tasks of pedagogical activity depends on the quality and possibilities of solving the problems of pedagogical support for the student, facilitation of the inclusion of the personality in the system of social, educational and professional-labor relations. A model of education, training, development, socialization, self-realization of the learner is impossible without a qualitatively constructed model of pedagogical support and facilitation. The possibility of improving the quality of pedagogical processes, the structure of which includes composite processes of upbringing, education, development, socialization, self-realization, self-improvement, self-actualization will be visually defined in the model of using such a modern professional pedagogical construct as «pedagogical conditions»; the paper presents the concept and content of pedagogical conditions for optimizing the quality of solving problems of the development of a person trained by means and methods of personified deterministic and popular pedagogical support. The ability of the teacher to flexibly reconstruct the planned activities in the structure of the organization of lessons and extracurricular activities is based on the process of facilitation and pedagogical support. Constructed prospects for scientific search will be defined in the structure of the implementation of facilitation technology and pedagogical support of the student, included in the system of continuing education.
