Theses are devoted to ethical problems of development of genetic technologies. It is noted that according to the estimates of the World Health Organization, in 2050 Alzheimer's disease (AD) will suffer three times more people than today, as a result of which there is a need for the development of early diagnosis. Screening methods are considered suitable for this purpose. To cope with the huge financial and time costs of screening the entire population. This raises the following two ethical aspects. First, for the sake of transparency, it is necessary to ensure that system AI is deployed for predictive purposes. Secondly, the principle of respect for the freedom of the patient requires explanation.
